YOGA a la carte
Yoga is about balance and the most seasoned yogi would tell you that sometimes you need to think outside the yoga box to find that balance.  Private yoga sessions can include all, or some of these add-ons as needed, to build a truly personalized routine. 
 
BARRE:
Movement based on Ballet Barre work that works muscle coordination, rotation, auxiliary muscle groups, flexibility, and grace.  Gain muscle definition and poise like a dancer-long, lean arms and toned legs and bum. 

CARDIO:
Plyometric type cardio is a great way to get more cardiovascular training into your routine.   Work the body to peak heart rate, then use the breathwork of yoga and the flow of vinyasa to bring the body back to a nice balance. 

STRENGTH TRAINING:

Using free weights, resistance bands, and body weight, targets specific muscles to build strength in areas that might be habitually ignored.  The use of strength training, in a yoga focused way, adds to the clients ability to master certain poses they might not otherwise access.  For example, training with weights to build up strength for handstand may help protect the wrists until the muscles are more adequately ready for the pose.
